"Almost never told me about a property I hadn't already seen listed online but always had more information available in a much easier to compare format. That's the closest thing to a complaint I can come up with. Always available, usually wanted to go to visit houses I asked about within a day or two even though that meant going when most people are cooking dinner due to my work hours.I wound up raising my budget halfway through the search because not a lot was coming up at what I wanted to spend (Which admittedly wasn't enough for the market, I told her when we started that I was a cheapscate). When I actually picked a place she suggested a fairly aggressive offer, and ultimately got 10% off the list price and closing costs covered by the seller - far more than I expected and with very little back-and-forth that actually involved me. Ultimately it seems like whenever I told her 'it would be great if ___' she managed to get it done. Obviously that won't be the case for everyone / everything, but she's certainly going to make a good effort."
